Why we want it back
Your bottles and droppers are proper medical-grade glass. They cost more than plastic, they feel better in the hand, and they are far too good to throw away after one use. So we would rather you sent them back to us than put them in the bin — and we will pay you for the trouble.
The offer

Return postage is on us. Ask for a label and we will email you a prepaid one — it never costs you a penny to send your glass back.
Minis count, full sizes count, droppers count. Any five empty bottles from either range will do — you do not have to keep them from the same order, and there is no time limit on collecting them.
When your glass reaches us it goes through our autoclave — pressurised steam sterilisation, the same method used on surgical instruments — and then it gets refilled and sent back out. That is the whole point of asking for it back: reusing a bottle beats melting it down and casting a new one.
How it works
01. Collect five
Use your products as normal. Once you have five empty bottles, give them a rinse with warm water — they do not need to be spotless, just not sticky.
02. Keep the box
Hang on to the box your order arrived in. It is already the right size and padding to get glass back to us in one piece.
03. Ask for a label
Message Support and we will email you a prepaid return label. Print it, tape it on, drop it off.
