The Ingredient Guide: Every Active We Use, Explained
A plain-English index of every active ingredient we build with — what each one does, and where to read more. No fairy-dusting, just the real list.
We don't do fairy-dusting — a token amount of an ingredient dropped in just to name it on the label. We build around meaningful, high-strength concentrations of a handful of proven actives. This is the plain-English index of what they are and what each one does, with links to read more on any that interest you.
The repair and anti-ageing actives
- GHK-Cu (copper peptide) — the mainstay. Signals your skin to clear old, damaged tissue and build fresh collagen. The foundation of firmer, smoother skin.
- SNAP-8 — a needle-free way to soften expression lines by gently relaxing the muscle tension that etches them in.
- Volufiline & Adifyline — restore lost facial volume by plumping the fat pads that thin with age.
- Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) — strengthens the skin barrier, evens tone and refines pores.
- Ceramides & Centella — heavy-duty repair for skin that's torn, stripped or recovering.
- Ectoin — an everyday shield against UV, pollution and temperature stress.
The hair actives
- AHK-Cu (copper peptide for hair) — feeds the follicle and extends the growth phase for thicker, denser hair.
- RU58841 — blocks the DHT that shrinks follicles, at the scalp only, without affecting the rest of your body.
Why the strength matters
An ingredient only works if there's enough of it. A 0.01% sprinkle of a peptide looks good on an ingredient list and does nothing on your face. We publish our concentrations because they're the whole point — and because you deserve to know exactly what you're buying.
Now that you know the tools, the next step is using them together. Read our simple guide to layering peptide serums to get the order right.
