Why We Don't Do “For Him” and “For Her” Skincare

We split our range into Aurora and Woad — but never into men's and women's. Here's why skin doesn't care about gender, and what the two paths really mean.

Walk into any chemist and skincare is split down the middle: pastels and florals on one side, matte black and 'industrial' scents on the other. That 'pink and blue' divide is a marketing choice, not a scientific one — and we've deliberately left it behind. You'll never see 'For Him' or 'For Her' on our bottles.

Your skin doesn't check your gender

The science is the same for everyone. A GHK-Cu molecule doesn't ask about your hormones before it gets to work — it binds to skin receptors and rebuilds tissue the same way in every body. Whether it's feeding a hair follicle or softening a forehead line, the biology is identical. So splitting formulas by gender makes no sense. Ours are built for human skin, full stop.

So why Aurora and Woad?

If the formulas are the same, why offer two ranges at all? Because a routine is easier to keep to when it fits how you see yourself. Aurora is the brighter, clearer path — for people who treat their routine as a calm, restorative moment. Woad is the more grounded, resilient path — for people who spend their days exposed to the elements and want their skincare to feel like proper recovery. It's about the mood that keeps you consistent, not about who you are.

Same formulas, honestly

This matters practically. A lot of 'men's' skincare is just the standard product with added fragrance and cheaper preservatives; a lot of 'women's' products are loaded with scented oils that can interfere with delicate peptides. Ours aren't. Both Aurora and Woad use the exact same, unredacted formulas — fragrance-free, focused on the actives.

You choose

We give you the same clinical formulas and the honest data; you pick the look and feel that resonates with you. Both paths deliver the identical, high-strength peptides — the only difference is which one you'll enjoy reaching for every day.
